Talking To Myself
Talking To Myself is an audience interactive installation encouraging the viewer to voice into the Microphone mounted in the rectangular black object and allowing the viewer then to feel the vibration of their voice through the ping pong ball mounted on a small speaker.
The viewer is also encouraged to pick up the black vibrotactile pillow to both hear and feel their voice.

A wall installation presents a small black mini amp just above the floor level. Above this is a small wooden shelf holding a black vibrotactile pillow. A rectangular object made of wood with an aluminum frame is mounted on the wall with two black shelf brackets. On the right side of this wooden front has a microphone protruding towards the viewer and on the left is small speaker mounted in the wood with a white ping pong ball attached in the middle of it. Directly to the left and righ of this shelf are two smaller wooden shelves with a computer speaker mounted on each. The speakers have clear plastic tops with colourful lights and water fountains appearing when responding to sounds from the microphone.
